§1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is Przedsiębiorstwo Usług Hotelarskich i Turystycznych „Kraków” Sp. z o. o., with its registered office in Kraków at ul. Fatimska 41, 31-831 Kraków, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for Kraków–Śródmieście in Kraków, 11th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000300761 (hereinafter: the Controller or Service Provider). Data protection is carried out in accordance with generally applicable law, and data are stored on secure servers. Terms are interpreted according to the definitions in the Terms and Conditions or as described in the Privacy Policy, where this follows directly from the description. For easier reading of the Privacy Policy, “User” is replaced with “You” and “Controller” with “We”. “GDPR” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC. We respect privacy and protect data security. For this purpose, we use, among other things, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL). §2. Scope, purpose and period of data processing
The Service Provider is the controller of its customers’ data. This means that if you use the contact form on our website, we process your data, such as your first name, surname, email address and IP address. Personal data are processed in accordance with the GDPR and the implemented Privacy Policy, to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish contact and properly provide services electronically. The processing period is linked to the purposes stated above. Accordingly, personal data will be processed for the period necessary to properly provide the services. This period may be extended where the law requires the Controller to retain personal data longer, and during the limitation period for potential claims for which possession of the data is necessary. You have the right to request information about the personal data processed, the processing purpose, data recipients and the planned retention period; to amend, correct or supplement your personal data; to object to processing; and to request deletion of your personal data. We reserve the right to process your data after consent is withdrawn only as necessary to pursue potential claims before a court or where national, EU or international law requires us to retain the data. The Service Provider may disclose the User’s personal data and other data to entities authorised under applicable law, e.g. law-enforcement authorities. The Service Provider does not disclose personal data to entities other than those authorised under applicable law. We have implemented pseudonymisation, data encryption and access controls, thereby minimising the effects of any data-security breach. Personal data are processed only by persons authorised by us or by processors with whom we work closely. In such cases, the Controller ensures appropriate protection against access by unauthorised persons.
§3. Cookies

The collected data are used to monitor and check how users use our websites, improving site performance and providing more efficient, seamless navigation. We monitor user information using Google Analytics, which records user behaviour on the website. Cookies identify users, allowing website content to be tailored to their needs. By remembering preferences, they enable appropriate targeting of advertisements. We use cookies to ensure the highest standard of convenience on our website; the collected data are used only within https://trzykorony.com.pl to optimise operations. Additional personal data, such as an email address, are collected only where the user has expressly consented by completing a form. We retain and use these data only as necessary to perform the relevant function.

§4. Complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office
