TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES AND ONLINE SALES OF TRZY KORONY RESORT IN KROŚCIENKO NAD DUNAJCEM
- Definitions
- Website Operator – PUHIT Kraków Sp. z o.o., the entity responsible for managing and operating the hotel website.
- Resort – Trzy Korony Resort, providing accommodation and other services related to guests’ stays.
- Customer – a natural or legal person making a reservation or purchasing hotel services.
- Reservation – the process of ordering a hotel service, confirmed by the hotel.
- Hotel day – the period during which the Customer is entitled to use a hotel room, as specified in these terms.
- Hotel services – services provided by the hotel, including accommodation, catering and other additional services, settled under separate VAT regulations.
- Hostel Terms – the rules of the Trzy Korony Resort, which the Customer undertakes to observe when checking in at the Hotel. The Terms are available at the Hotel Reception.
- General provisions
- These Terms specify the rules for reserving, purchasing and using hotel services offered by Trzy Korony Resort.
- Services may be reserved and purchased in person, by telephone, email, via the Resort’s website or an external booking portal.
- Making a reservation, including a room reservation via the website, constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
- Prices are stated in Polish zloty (PLN) or euro (EUR), including VAT.
- Reservation and purchase of hotel services
- An agreement for hotel services may be concluded electronically by email or telephone directly with the Resort. The Agreement is concluded upon submission of a declaration to conclude the sales agreement, when the Resort confirms the order by email or telephone.
- A reservation may be made via:
- the Resort’s website,
- an external booking portal,
- telephone,
- email,
- in person at the Resort reception.
- A reservation requires personal data and may require prepayment or credit card details to guarantee it.
- The Resort reserves the right to reject a reservation if no rooms are available or for other significant reasons.
- If the required deposit is not paid on time and the Customer does not contact the Resort, the agreement for electronic services is terminated and no Agreement is concluded.
- For telephone, email or in-person reservations, acceptance of the Terms takes place when the Resort confirms the reservation.
- Cancellation and refund conditions
- Individual service offers may require a non-refundable prepayment of up to 100% of the value of the ordered service.
- The Customer may cancel or change an order by contacting the Resort by email at recepcjakroscienko@puhit.com.pl, by telephone or via an external booking portal.
- If the Customer is entitled to a refund of the prepayment due to cancellation, it will be made using the original payment method (e.g. card payments to the card account, transfers to the bank account from which the transfer was made) within 14 days of the Resort’s approval of the cancellation.
- Refunds depend on the type of reservation (non-refundable, refundable, etc.).
- If a reservation is not cancelled within the specified period, the Resort may charge the Customer in accordance with the reservation conditions.
- Any complaints are considered individually, within a maximum of 14 days.
- Rules for using hotel services
- The hotel day begins at 15:00 and ends at 11:00 the following day.
- The Customer undertakes to comply with the rules set by the Resort and included in the Resort Terms, including caring for hotel property and observing quiet hours.
- The Resort reserves the right to refuse services in the event of a breach of the Resort Terms or the sales terms.
- Online sales
- The Resort offers the option of reserving and purchasing services via its website.
- Online payments are processed through secure payment systems.
- After payment or credit card guarantee, the Customer receives reservation confirmation at the provided email address.
- Sales to organized groups
- A reservation for an organized group requires a non-refundable deposit of no more than 30% of the total stay price, confirming the reservation.
- The final number of participants and the scope of ordered meals (lunches, half-board meals, dinners, lunch boxes, special meals accommodating allergies, food intolerances and diets) must be reported no later than 3 days before arrival. The price of special meals is agreed individually with the food and beverage manager. After this deadline, changes will not be possible, and preparation and settlement will be based on the original order.
- The total stay amount must be credited to the Company’s account no later than 1 business day before the group’s arrival. In exceptional cases, the hotel may agree to payment of the outstanding amount at check-in, provided that the total amount due does not exceed PLN 15,000.
- Coach parking is included in the stay price.
- Depending on the transaction value, the Resort may grant discounts and rebates.
- The Resort reserves the right to change the room arrangement in unforeseen circumstances.
- A refund for cancellation is possible only until the deposit is paid. After that, only the stay date may be postponed or the deposit forfeited.

- Submitting a price offer does not constitute the Resort’s acceptance of the reservation. Acceptance occurs only after written confirmation from the Resort.
- The hotel day may be extended subject to availability, for an additional fee agreed individually with the Resort management.
- Any complaints are considered individually.
- Personal data protection and confidentiality of communications
- The Resort processes personal data in accordance with applicable personal data protection laws and Article 23(1)(3) and (5) of the Personal Data Protection Act and Article 8(1)(1) of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means.
- The Customer has the right to access, correct and request deletion of their data.
- The Resort ensures confidentiality of communications, including information transmitted via the website, including data entered by Customers who are consumers. This information is stored exclusively in the Resort’s ICT system, unless:
– it is publicly available, – disclosure is necessary for the proper provision of services, – applicable law or a lawful request from a public authority requires disclosure.
- Final provisions
- The Resort reserves the right to amend these Terms.
- Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law.
- All disputes shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Resort’s registered office.
